DOUG FLAHERTY
Owner/Operator
Doug started Allshaft Repair over 30 years ago, working out of his barn. He has strived and achieved to turn it into a successful business. Doug leads all of the day to day tasks as well as personally speaking to and helping all of our customers.
KENZIE
HALLIWILL
Team Member
Kenzie (Doug's Step Granddaughter) has been with Allshaft Repair since July of 2022. She is the main diesel grinder and often assists with many other shop functions.
ASHLEY
WARD
Team Member
Ashley (Doug's Stepdaughter) has been with Allshaft Repair since February 2024. She handles the book work and social media. She also balances crankshafts and runs the CNC machines, as well as many other shop functions.
